Chrome not updating error 3

Update 02/13/2013: If you’re using Android 2.2 on a rooted device and having problem downloading incompatible apps, please try Market Helper First: this project is made for my personal needs, then I decide to publish it because I think some people may need it.

Google Chrome automatically updates itself in the background when a new version is out, this takes responsibility out of user hands and makes it simple to keep up to date with the latest version of the app.

Strange thing is that problem disappears when I uncheck TLS (all versions) in Advanced settings in Internet Explorer and have at least one SSL version checked. Content Type seems to be a server-side thing which makes sure the server includes a charset in in the content type for its response. However, setting the charset as noted in the previous comment did not help.

The content Type in the $call tells the browser which content-type to use when submitting the request to the server. Our application was making an AJAX request every 60 seconds and our webserver, nginx, was sending Keep-Alive timeout at 60 seconds.

We fixed the problem by setting the keep-alive timeout value to 75 seconds.
